Now that the storm windows in the house is completed we have begun the next major outdoor project this year, the brick walk way.  I started the project yesterday by pulling up 80% of the bricks, cleaning them, sorting them (usable and trash), and then stacking them along side the pathway.  I have about another 100 bricks to pull and clean before I can continue to the next phase.  Honore went to Superior Stone in Hamden today and purchased 2.5 cubic yards of crushed stone and another 1/2 cubic yard of stone dust for the under layers. After I pull up the last of the brick I have to dig down 2-3 inches of dirt to lay down the stone.    Then my dad and I can being putting down the brick again.   Hopefully we can be done in 2 weekends.
